Hey High School Students,
If you didn't come this Wednesday night to church, you really missed out. We had a small group so we headed to Bama Bean, to talk and play cards. Tim taught us a new game, "The game" and some of us didn't seem to find a strategy so we winged it. Aubrey went out of cards first and R.J. Tim and Austin followed close behind. So Tommy, Vicki, and I were left and I was determined not to lose. Well poor Vicki lost and Tim gave her two options: eat 15 coffee beans or drink 5 shots of expresso. She chose the expresso, and man did she chug it down. So we went back to the church, and most people went up stairs to watch the Rose Bowl, but Tim, R.J. and I went downstairs to play "Horse". After trying to throw the basketball like a javelin and backwards and spinning around Tim lost and R.J. I decided to call it even. Needless to say we all had fun, and I hope all you guys decide to come next week.

trust God in this area?

Hey High School Students,

This is Tim. Last night we started our first discussion on the topic of sex. There were some interesting comments, questions and issues brought to the table. "How far is too Far?" seemed to be a hot topic.

I thought it might be interesting to hear your opinions on the issue. Post your comments so we can get some opinions. If you have verse to back it up, this would be the best.

Scripture of the week: 1 Corinthians Chapter 13 - Love should be the basis of sex according to the Bible. This chapter is all about love. According to this chapter, why do you think casual sex is not what God intended for us?

Next Wednesday we will have the question box out so you can ask anything about sex anonymously and we will try our best to answer. See you there!

Sorry Folks -

It's been a while. I hope y'all had a great Thanksgiving. I haven't even been to church in two Sundays now. Matt, Chris, Jacob, John and I were at the youth-workers convention. It was a blast! We got so much free stuff, I am not sure what to do with all of it. Maybe we'll give some of it away as prizes - there are CD's, books and even T-shirts.
